Awful company run by people who have no clue. My bike case didn’t arrive and when I contacted them they initially couldn’t find the order even though I sent them all the information. After confirming my details a million times because each time you contact them through the site they take forever to come back to you and it’s someone who also wants all your details once again. I asked them if they’d like my blood to confirm DNA. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend them to anyone
