Order placed Sept 6th, Shipped Sept 7th, Arrival Oct. 20th. If I was ordering from China, I would expect this, but I would expect better from a website with a .ca ending.
In addition, with an order of $210 I had to pay another $35 in duties.
This was my worst experience ordering bike components and I have intentionally ordered from oversea websites with better results.
