I ordered a pair of tires from ProBikeKit. One had a puncture already in it, so I went online and did everything to send it back. I did not hear anything from them but when I contacted them they asked for my tracking number. I stated that I no longer had the tracking number receipt. They said, they couldn't help me. They claimed it was probably lost or something else. I don't buy this for a second and when I asked what kind of system do they have for Returns that they need the tracking number because even if it does arrive, where does it go? Do they only look at Return Items when tracking numbers and the rest of the stuff go into a separate room or garbage? I don't get it, but I will never buy from them again.
