To Whom it may concern, Please take this email as immediate notice that we as a business will now embark on full legal oversight and assistance in relation to a multitude of assurances and promises you have failed to deliver despite taking funds from our business. We have now passed the case file to our U.S attorneys as we believe there is a strong case for wire fraud and mis-selling among others. You have failed to keep us updated as a business despite emails being sent continually to Max Cooper and Michelle and the many assurances given regarding your services and what you promised to provide, all to no avail. I have recorded conversations and emails, all of which has been passed to our attorneys/lawyers. We have paid over £10,000 plus to your company and will now not stop in retrieving these funds back plus damages. Beware of this company.
