Please be extremely careful when ordering through this website. Their shipping timeframes are quite deceptive for overseas orders. Their website shows an expected date of delivery when ordering. And i do understand that their can be delays. But these guys cannot even or chose to do no follow ups after taking your money and shipping the item. They claim they have an agreement with their courier provider and cannot find any information untill 40 working days! after shipping. If a parcel is lost they do nothing until 40 working days!. As per their agreement with their courier provider they can only "open an Investigation after 40 working days of shipping an item". Emailed them 5 times each time I got this standard robotic response !! There customer service and consideration from customer's point of view is non existent, seems like all they are there for is taking peoples money!! "I have checked on this order for you and I can confirm that we are unfortunately unable to intervene until 40 working days have passed. This is because, the courier will not accept an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel until the allocated time has passed. As much as we would love to open an investigation immediately for you, Vikram, unfortunately the courier will not enable us to do so, which I can only apologise for. Again, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused"
