I ordered on a Tuesday. It was supposed to ship in 24-48 hrs. Sent them an email on Thursday. They replied saying they would send the warehouse an email to find out the status of the order. Sent them anothwr email on Sunday asking for a refund. They replied on Monday saying they would check the status of the order again. On Monday, they said the process had already begun so they cannot issue a refund. Note I had sent an email since Thursday but when I mentioned a refund, their reply was swift. I'm never ordering from them again
