Always a concern when dealing with large amounts of money over the phone. But happy to say review and phone call with adviser was very professional, very open with information on my existing pensions and the recommended future investment. Upfront with costs involved. My only concern was not receiving a closing letter from one of my previous investments about the transfer, but happy to login and see that all had gone ahead.
Thats hope investment continues to grow!! Fingers crossed..
