This was the worst experience I have ever had a lot of money was lost during switch of money for both myself and my husband which I was only informed of from my pension provider and when I contacted profile they didn't even know it took nearly a month for them to tell me it was market volatility no chance to cancel not informed when my IFA left the company while I was still trying to get to the bottom of a delay and exactly what happened wish I could leave a minus on the star rating most certainly would not recommend.
