Everything was easy and quick - from the initial introduction, a phone call to set up a convenient time to talk through options to the transfer over of my pension to what, I hope, will prove to be a better outcome for my retirement. I'm also pleased to know that my pension will be reviewed annually to ensure that my on-going requirements are met.
