Very pleased.At no stage did I feel pressurised to enter into an agreement, and when I had questions [of which there were many!], they were answered in a straight and easy to understand manner.Appointments were conducted by phone ,at a time convenient to me, and this seemed to be a much better way of doing things.
No pressure !!
