I was quite happy with the service I got from Profile Financial Services. They talked me through each and every step through the review and eventual transfer to a different pension scheme. I got my own financial advisor who was extremely patient and always happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how petty or pedantic they were, calmly and politely. My only criticism was the length of time taken between; first contact and the final receipt of my new pension portfolio. All in all though, they were very professional with their advice and information. I would, if the need ever arose, utilize their skills again.
