Overall I am very pleased with the advice and help I have received. Steve Donelly was particularly good as I am a financial idiot - he explained everything clearly and concisely and was happy to go over things as requested. The whole transfer process went smoothly and I was kept informed by mail and telephone in a timely manner. I look forward to my annual review.
