If I'm honest I was very sceptical about this sort of review done at a distance and as the result of a cold call. Doubts were heightened when asked to send personal information ... in two tranches. However having made checks and been re-assured I went ahead and the telephone process was no different to previous "face to face" meetings but more efficient. Report was thorough and recommendations appear sound. Rates for transfer and ongoing charges were competitive from the small amount of research/comparison I did. I trust that the ongoing reviews will also prove financially beneficial....compared to previous poor experiences regarding the lack of pension reviews.
