I will be singing my praises for the Profile team from the rooftops in Brisbane all weekend!!! The products are beautiful and speak for themselves but Adrian Teh from customer service has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is the main reason for this review. When we were recently let down by another supplier; I reached out to Profile for a bulk custom order in a very tight time frame. I did not have high hopes or any expectations that it could be done and delivered to Brisbane in time... but from the first enquiry to the successful delivery (less than 48hours later!!) Adrian was there every step of the way exceeding all expectations! His service was unmatched! He was brilliant with his communication; keeping me informed and going above and beyond to get this order to us on time and even monitoring the delivery status to check in with me once everything was received. The most engaging, friendly and knowledgeable customer service representative I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Adrian and team, you have gained Profile a customer for life :)
