“What an amazing company. I first purchased a frame and custom size mat, 3 years ago and was really really happy with it the product. On 1 April 25, I ordered a further 3 frames, 2 with custom mats and they arrived 8 days later! I live interstate and rurally so this timeframe is out of the box! Once again the quality is fabulous the prices very reasonable and customer service, second to none! Please support this Australian family business- they are the real deal! Help keep Australian companies in business and enjoy a superior product. I will be back 😊😊💕”

“First time ordering from Profile Australia. I bought a huge matt frame cut to my specifications. Price was great. I was nervous about it being damaged during transit but it arrived in perfect condition. Packing was strong and well marked to not bend. Product is top quality. “I wanted a mat board for a spatula painting I had bought in Italy. I asked the helpful Profile staff for their advice regarding the size I would need, and they offered further advice recommending I buy a double mat board so that the painting would not run the risk of touching the glass. I ordered the mat board as they had advised and it arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again, they were helpful, pleasant and efficient.”

“I ordered online, and received, the Baby Pram Blue Drymount Photo Album (18-034) from Profile Products Australia. The photo album that arrived is a light green, and looks really faded as though it is quite old, and not the lovely baby blue shown in the pictures in the advertisement on Profile Products (at https://profileproducts.com.au/products/baby-pram-blue-drymount-photo-album). I attach a photograph of the album that I received. The felt pram on the front cover remains blue, the cover of the album is light green.”

We just checked our stock and found there's a color difference between the colour of this album on our website photos vs the actual stock. “I Ordered a large mat for a frame. It was Terribly packaged and naturally bent and ruined due to poor packaging definitely not couriers fault. Profile Australia went above and beyond to correct this issue. They express posted me a new one getting it here in time for Christmas. There after sales service was tremendous. They definitely went above and beyond to correct the issue. Can highly recommend”

“Our first order received, the stands on the Back were too short and the frame leant backwards. A real representative from Profile Australia contacted as and replaced them with longer ones. Also a gift of sample hand creams . Service is of a very high standard. Would recommend”

“I purchased two frames the same size, as they state, they are handmade so will take a couple of weeks. I received my order and they’re exactly what I was expecting and wanted. Absolutely beautiful and they totally match my black and white aesthetic. The fact that they are glass too! I wanted black with a thick white border, and every place I found they came like this too, but not with glass and was poor quality wood. But Profile had exactly what I needed. I’m very happy, thank you!”
