“Our photo album came with a lifetime guarantee which is pretty rare these days. We had a problem with the cover coming adrift and were concerned that our photos would have to be removed and remounted. Profile willingly and quickly were able to fix the album and we now have it back with all our memories intact. Thanks to Adrian for his courtesy and attention ti fix this for us.”
