I Ordered a large mat for a frame. It was Terribly packaged and naturally bent and ruined due to poor packaging definitely not couriers fault. Profile Australia went above and beyond to correct this issue. They express posted me a new one getting it here in time for Christmas. There after sales service was tremendous. They definitely went above and beyond to correct the issue. Can highly recommend
