I received my order in 9 days. Superb. I called support and was less than polite when I found out they had closed their US offices post covid.
Do not let this deter you. The bulb I received was is equal in brightness and a solid quality direct fit. I think the image now is whiter than original but that could be due to the age of the original.
Keep your unit and filter clean.
I'd buy from them again.
