“I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector, which came on time and looked good. I did however install the lamp and it worked well for the first few days, but it has now stopped working fully. I have reached out to the customer support via email, but have not gotten a response yet, so I intend to call them to see if I can get assistance with replacing the lamp.”

“Ordered projector bulb on October 5th, credit card charge placed on credit card same day and posted at bank on October 6th. Order remained in processing for over two weeks. When questioned by email to Sales (only way to get in touch with this company) I was informed there were unexpected delays in getting order filled from other warehouse. Their web page indicated there were two in stock when I placed my order and up to when I first contacted sales via email and for two weeks there after. On October 21, after several emails to sales and contacting my Credit Card company regarding charge made to credit card, I received an email showing the projector bulb was shipped and given a bogus tracking link that returned a 404 error code everytime i tried it. When I questioned the tracking link I was informed the order was "despatched with Amazon Shipping on October 22nd and that I should leave 24 hours after despatch for the carrier to scan the shipment". That tracking link never worked, always Error 404, even up to after the package arrived on October 25th. I Do not recommend ordering from this company. The Sales phone number listed does answer by a human but rather an automated answering voice message stating to leave a message. No return call has ever been made to my messages but I get the same email that there were unexpected problems getting bulb from other warehouse and that I would be notified as soon as it was being shipped. I have two issues with this company. 1. Impossible to reach Sales representative by phone. 2. Credit Card immediately charged long before order has been filled. I question their warranty since there is no way to reach them by phone in case bulb fails prematurely. I also question why Amazon was involved with the shipment. If I wanted an Amazon bulb I would have ordered it through Amazon for a lot cheaper price. But you get what you pay for from Amazon. I have ordered from Amazon in the past for this type of bulb and it didn't last six months with minimal use (three hours per week). The bulb I received looks just like the Amazon bulb I bought two years ago. What I ordered and paid for was the Original Equipment Replacement bulb, not the cheap knockoff through this company. They showed both bulbs but the price difference was just under $200 ($64.97 vs $258.97). I ordered the more expensive because of bad experience with the cheap knockoff bulbs. Expect three weeks shipment if your order is every filled and good luck getting in touch with Sales by phone if needed.”

“I ordered my bulb on May 24. It is now over 3 weeks later and no delivery date in sight. The bulb is apparently coming from the UK and nobody knows how long it will take. When I contacted customer service to cancel the order, I got no response. Avoid this place and get the same bulb on Amazon in 1-2 days.”

“Ordering process was fine, but in order to actually receive my bulb I had to pay an extra $24.50 to UPS. Talked to customer service 3 different times and they replied they will take care of the extra fees. So with UPS coming to my door everyday for almost a week and me expecting the extra fees to be covered as promised. But nope, never paid. So I just paid them myself... Frustrating to say the least...”

“I Have Purchased Many Lamps Over The Years And Only Had One That Burnt Out Within The Warranty Period. I Sent It Back And Was Sent A New One Very Quickly. I Will Always Continue To Buy From Projector Lamps And Recommend Them To Others. They Are A Superior Company To Buy From.The Prices Are Outstanding.”

“The website said it would be delivered in 4 to six days. It did not arrive until 14 days later. If l would have been told there could possibly be a delay if it wasn't in stock l would not have ordered it. The price was very reasonable and easy to install.”

“Incredibly poor shipping experience. Item was scheduled/estimated to be deliver 1.5 weeks ago, but instead it got stuck in the UK, then at customs, and then in Kansas City. There is still not an estimated date of delivery on the item. I tried to favor a "small company" over Amazon, and I am getting burned for it. I won't be using Pojector Lamps USA again.”

“I ordered a replacement lamp for my old DLP TV. After a couple of days I noticed the lamp would flicker so I initiated a return. The return process was seamless and I got my refund in a timely manner.”
