“The website said it would be delivered in 4 to six days. It did not arrive until 14 days later. If l would have been told there could possibly be a delay if it wasn't in stock l would not have ordered it. The price was very reasonable and easy to install.”

“I have ordered through Projector Lamps USA for the past 2 or 3 years, but this year it seems like they are always sending the wrong lamp. I've tried contacting via email and phone calls, but to no avail.”

“I still haven’t received my order that I placed 2 weeks ago. I contacted them via email and was told they were waiting for the filter to come in. I wish they would at least ship me the lamp”

“Prize was good. DHL should not be used I ordered on a Sunday night Feb 6th I received my bulbs Tuesday the 15th. Cost me a whole weeks rent on the lift we rented to gain access to the projectors. I would have thought I would have had them by the weekend so only rented the lift for the week end but had to keep it past that time. DHL was tearable. I would not order anything again for fear that it would be shipped by DHL.”
