“I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector, which came on time and looked good. I did however install the lamp and it worked well for the first few days, but it has now stopped working fully. I have reached out to the customer support via email, but have not gotten a response yet, so I intend to call them to see if I can get assistance with replacing the lamp.”

“The lamp itself works great and I had no problems installing it. Projector Lamps USA is not a USA based company so it took a month for me to receive the bulb. If I had known it was an ex-US company I would have ordered from someone else.”

“Ordering on this site was easy , I was not able to get a response however on an estimated ship date when emailing the sales team two days in a row but I was ablt to get tracking on the third day by calling the number on the site . Which I was pleasnestly supprised the order was shipped altho my status on the portal said ready to ship still.”

“The less expensive bulb doesn’t last as long as the original. I got approximately 2000hrs out of it or 6 months and 3 yrs from the original. Price and shipping is good though.”

“I thought it was going to be an OEM part. A little disappointed in that respect. Was a little worried at first if I was getting a real company, but the lamp arrived. It didn't have a screwdriver or cleaner cloth like other companies have provided.”
