“I Have Purchased Many Lamps Over The Years And Only Had One That Burnt Out Within The Warranty Period. I Sent It Back And Was Sent A New One Very Quickly. One suggestion I have is to include more automated shipping notifications (such as "Package has shipped," "Package is arriving soon," and "Package has arrived") to keep customers better informed.
