“I Have Purchased Many Lamps Over The Years And Only Had One That Burnt Out Within The Warranty Period. I Sent It Back And Was Sent A New One Very Quickly. I Will Always Continue To Buy From Projector Lamps And Recommend Them To Others. They Are A Superior Company To Buy From.The Prices Are Outstanding.”

“The website said it would be delivered in 4 to six days. It did not arrive until 14 days later. If l would have been told there could possibly be a delay if it wasn't in stock l would not have ordered it. The price was very reasonable and easy to install.”

“Incredibly poor shipping experience. Item was scheduled/estimated to be deliver 1.5 weeks ago, but instead it got stuck in the UK, then at customs, and then in Kansas City. There is still not an estimated date of delivery on the item. I tried to favor a "small company" over Amazon, and I am getting burned for it. I won't be using Pojector Lamps USA again.”

“Ordered a lamp for an Epson 710hd and it took 2 weeks to ship to me. Came all the way from England than worked for 3 days and now it’s giving me error codes.”

“The bulb in my Epson projector finally burned out after 7 years. After a quick online search I was happy to find the exact replacement lamp for this older projector on Projector Lamps USA. They shipped my order promptly and it arrived in perfect condition. Now my projector works as good as new!!”

“I ordered 2 lamps 2 weeks ago and was instructed they should take 4-6 days to arrive. I was not told until after i completed the order and reached out 10 days later that the order had to come from the uk. They are now stuck in new jersey with a date to ship still to be determined. The customer service said they cant do anything to determine when they might arrive. No plans to ever use this company ever again”

“I received my order quickly and the product quality was excellent! One suggestion I have is to include more automated shipping notifications (such as "Package has shipped," "Package is arriving soon," and "Package has arrived") to keep customers better informed. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be using the company again.”
