Ordering process was fine, but in order to actually receive my bulb I had to pay an extra $24.50 to UPS. Talked to customer service 3 different times and they replied they will take care of the extra fees. So with UPS coming to my door everyday for almost a week and me expecting the extra fees to be covered as promised. But nope, never paid. So I just paid them myself... Frustrating to say the least...
