“Used the replacement lamp (Panasonic projector) once a week for 4 months (Church) and bulb went bad after 4 months. It is a ceiling mount (20 foot ceiling) so huge and costly pain to swap out. Would recommend everyone stay away from the Chinese junk being sold here and go with OEM supplier whenever possible. I learned the hard way so hopefully you won't too.”

“The lamp itself works great and I had no problems installing it. Projector Lamps USA is not a USA based company so it took a month for me to receive the bulb. If I had known it was an ex-US company I would have ordered from someone else.”

“UPDATE: I initially provided a negative review not having received the parts or any information about my order. After writing my initial review I received word that my order was held up in customs, I had no idea it was coming from England. Filters and remote came in .”

“Hard to review since I still have not received lamp to date. The item showed as available on your website but after waiting a week for confirmation of shipping I found out you had not received it from supplier. Apparently supplier has delivered it to you but as of yesterday it still hasn't ship. Very disappointing thus far.”

“Projector Lamps USA is a great partner for helping with our legacy projector maintenance. We lean on them frequently to assist in determining the correct replacement piece for a variety of equipment age and capability. They always have plenty of stock ready to ship, and get it to us in less than a week, even without electing for expedited service. Quality is top notch and they offer a nice selection of entry level and upgraded options for most models. There are several lap suppliers that may seem similar, but these folks have proven to be the best. Thank you for the great service!”

“It’s been two weeks since I placed my order with Projector Lamps USA. Turns out they’re not in the USA at all. I called to check on my order and I got a voicemail with a female British robot saying that no one was available. Now they’re asking me to review my experience. My experience has been non existent at best and negative at worst. I still don’t have my item. I’m glad I only lost $20 and didn’t spend $500 on an actual bulb.”
