Incredibly poor shipping experience. Item was scheduled/estimated to be deliver 1.5 weeks ago, but instead it got stuck in the UK, then at customs, and then in Kansas City. There is still not an estimated date of delivery on the item. I tried to favor a "small company" over Amazon, and I am getting burned for it. I won't be using Pojector Lamps USA again.
