I have not used the lamps yet but the shipment came quickly with plenty of tracking updates. My only small complaint was I did not receive an order confirmation or payment receipt. This was quickly resolved with a brief email to USA lamp and quick response with a receipt from their team.
I will update my review once I try the lamp.
So far a good experience!
