Felt kinda iffy about this, no one ever answered when I tried calling 3 times and the "chat" on the webpage was never available. Nonetheless, we got our order and it was at a good price with free shipping. We did have to contact them to get tracking info for the shipment which was odd. This is a good deal for a backup lamp for some aging projectors.
