Customer service has been excellent and very professional to address the replacement of the defective lamp, their prompt response is greatly appreciated.
Receiving a defective product was disappointing but I understand as a distributor, not a manufacturer, that is out of your control. My only complaint was the that delivery of the product was twice the initially stated time with no communication of a delay.
