Excellent customer service. Because I was initially skeptical about how real this company was, I called the contact number and was pleasantly surprised by a human voice! She was very nice and was ok with me calling to see if it was a real company. My order arrived promptly and was an OEM part. I installed the replacement bulb for my Optoma HD141X and it has been 2 months and it is still working perfectly. Great prices as well.
