They do not honor their guarantee. I contacted them after using a lamp for a month and it failed! They refused to respond to my requests. This is unacceptable for A LAMP THAT COST ALMOST $400.00!
PS They claim it to be an "original replacement" lamp, but it's not a genuine JVC replacement. DON'T BE FOOLED!
