I bought a lamp for my Benq projector, thinking this was a better investment ($250) than a 'cheap' Amazon bulb.
The bulb they sent me overheats in 2-3 minutes, and the completely cleaned projector will not stay on.
No answer to any of my emails or requests for service either.
This was an expensive lesson.
