I ordered a rust colored dress for my daughters prom in good faith after checking their return policy to be Sure I could return it, if it didn’t look nice on my daughter. When it came in it was a bright pumpkin orange and did not fit my daughter well. I immediately asked for a return address and a refund. They have refused to give me either after I sent pics, and did everything asked if me in their return policy. I am now out of $161 and a dress for my daughter for her prom. I will never do business w this site again!
