Hi all, firstly this is a very genuine response for great service that BuzzSaw Media P/L has experienced from Promotional Products. We ordered from Clara (wonderful customer experience) who let me know that our order, being a branded logo Pen and Book set would be delivered by the requested date. Clara was amazing and had the product delivered a day early. There was a minor isue re two books and thus I spoke to Nikki. Nikki fixed the issue immediately, which was amazing, thus allowing all our clients to receive a great product which bode well for BuzzSaw Media. Many thanks to Nikki, Clara and team.
