“There are plenty of promotional merchandise companies out there, but what makes these guys stand out is their exceptional service. Anthea truly embodies the meaning of going above and beyond and is an absolute asset to the team. She has helped me meet tight deadlines, delivered incredibly fast turnarounds, and achieved what have sometimes seemed like the impossible. Where others say no, Anthea says "yes." She is always my first point of call for any branded merchandise. She checks in regularly, follows up proactively, and keeps everything running as smoothly as the Caribbean Sea. Highly recommend!”

“Clara our Sales rep was wonderful and extremely patient and easy to work with! She was the highlight of the service. Our pens we chose originally were actyually unavailable which was a bummer but we did receive an alterntive instead.”

“Realising at the last minute before a huge industry event that we were short of our usual marketing merch, I reached out to Promotion Products to see if they could help with a quick turnaround order. I got connected with Yvonne who, and I need a stronger phrase here, went above and beyond. We often talk about this level of service in customer service, but rarely actually see it in practice. It happened here. Not only was she very quick in responses, she PERSONALLY drove our order to the venue to drop it off at the designated time, not wanting to risk delays using a courier. I am sure she can't promise this to all her customer, but to say we appreciated it, is the understatement of the year. I highly recommend ordering your next promotional goods from Promotion Products, if you're really lucky, you'll get Yvonne!”
