“It was a great experience right from inquiry to on time delivery alongside design review and adhering to specific requests. Lauren is an absolute star and I would highly recommend Promotion products. “Realising at the last minute before a huge industry event that we were short of our usual marketing merch, I reached out to Promotion Products to see if they could help with a quick turnaround order. I got connected with Yvonne who, and I need a stronger phrase here, went above and beyond. We often talk about this level of service in customer service, but rarely actually see it in practice. It happened here. Not only was she very quick in responses, she PERSONALLY drove our order to the venue to drop it off at the designated time, not wanting to risk delays using a courier. I am sure she can't promise this to all her customer, but to say we appreciated it, is the understatement of the year. I highly recommend ordering your next promotional goods from Promotion Products, if you're really lucky, you'll get Yvonne!”

“I had the pleasure to work with Lauren as my consultant. We had a strict budget to adhere to, and she provided me with the best option to suit. Excellent customer service and was never pushy or trying to upsell me to other products. Frequent and PROMPT communication was fantastic to observe as we were running to a short lead time. I absolute hate just sitting and waiting for days to get a response, but with Promotion Products we were treated like their top client even though we had a small order. Will recommend and use again for our future bespoke printing needs!”
