“We recently placed an order with Lauren Aughton at Promotion Products, the whole process was very quick & simple. “Overall through this whole process, Promotion Products have been very helpful. Lauren was our main point of contact and had everything under control as soon as we put the quote through including check-in emails and calls. This was especially important when we had delivery issues and ensuring we had the right product in the right location. “I had the pleasure to work with Lauren as my consultant. We had a strict budget to adhere to, and she provided me with the best option to suit. Excellent customer service and was never pushy or trying to upsell me to other products. Frequent and PROMPT communication was fantastic to observe as we were running to a short lead time. I absolute hate just sitting and waiting for days to get a response, but with Promotion Products we were treated like their top client even though we had a small order. Will recommend and use again for our future bespoke printing needs!”

“We had such a wonderful experience working with Lauren at Promotion Products. She organised reusable shopping bags shaped like Christmas puddings, which complemented our Christmas bakery range beautifully and had our entire network excited when they were revealed at our conference. Lauren’s communication was exceptional throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, efficient and quick to organise everything, which meant I never had to stress or worry.
