“Izzy from Promotion Products was professional and efficient. Products quoted, designed and produced promptly. Unfortunately the quality of the print was not as good as the service - the print is off centre on the product (wireess chargers). I'd use this company again, but would allow more time for corrections to be rectified prior to product being required (timeframe would not have allowed for reprint to occur).”

“We ordered some promotional balloons for an Open Day event for our childcare centre. The balloons were a perfect giveaway for the children and were a good match to our company colours. Dealing with Promotion Products, particularly Ammarah Javed, was very quick and easy. Ammarah was professional and friendly, and kept in touch every step of the way to ensure our order was received and that we were happy with it. Initially, there was an issue with one of the colours of the balloons, but Ammarah was swift to investigate and recitify the problem with no issues, and even got the replacement balloons to us within a 3-day timeframe, before our special event. Very happy doing business with Promotion Products.”

“I've been delaying get a pen made for my company for a while now, but once Yvonne got involved, it was all sorted. What a sigh of relief, she helped me get my logo just right so it was visible but also kept the overall structure. Looking forward to having my pens now at all my conference stands!
