“What a lovely surprise. On the first day of Term 2 I received our order of merchandise. I love all our products and we are well and truly set for Open Day in the future as well as our Parent Information bags with t-shirts and handballs for our new Kindergarten students. Danielle was a delight to deal with. Her emails were prompt and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you - Jody Berry”

“Nikki was super responsive and helpful in fulfilling my merchandise order and the client was really happy with product delivered. We did have to wait for stock to arrive in the colour we wanted but it was worth the small hold up in delivery.”

“I loved the items produced by Promotion Products for my Pickeball Tournament. They were very efficent in dealing with me. The only minor critisism I have is that I was contacted by a few different people. I didn't like this only because I found it to be a waste of time having to go back and check what product the person was following up on and for what tournament. I would rather deal with just one person from start to end on each project. Item was produced as described. Thanks”

“On the whole the process was easy and the process ok. I liked that I could get the mock-up before committing. It would be great if the mock-up was visible straight away instead of having it sent, but Izzy who I dealt with, was very helpful and made the process smooth.”
