“Clara was great the whole journey of getting the our work hoodies. We did look at mulitple supplies for getting them but promotion products did stick out so kuch! From the friendleness of staff to the quality of the hoodies. Every step to getting the hoodies what so simple thanks to Clara. We will be ordering more!”

“Very pleasant experience ordering from Promotion Products! W had a last minute order and Rachelle & Gui helped make the process seamless and efficient. We got our order in less than a week and were impressed by the quality of the embroidery and products. Both Rachelle and Gui were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely order from here again for our next event!”

“Great experience ordering branded items for our company (umbrellas, notebooks and bags). The logo came out exactly how we wanted, and the products all arrived in less than 2 weeks. Joel was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process - providing item quotes, drawing up several mock-ups, advising on logo quality, and sending out a sample in perfect time. Couldn't fault his service and will definitely be ordering from Promotion Products again.”

“Bought White Calico bags with Coporate Branding 25g Mints in Branded Boxes Very happy with products and communications from Yvonne Q. Products arrived within specific timeframe as requested and needed. Bags: Are great with longer handles which is great for carrying with shoulder. They matched our Pantone branded colour perfectly. Mints: Great eco friendly option and has ingredients. Taste- nice mint taste with candy like coating and slightly chewy centre.”

“We couldn't be happier with our personalised tote bags! The quality is absolutely perfect, and they turned out exactly as we had hoped. “There was an issue where my order wasn't sent to print in time. However, the professionalism and efficiency Clara showed in resolving the issue and making sure I received my product on time completely blew me away. Clara was fantastic to deal with throughout the process, friendly, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with. Her customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!”

“Not only are the products high quality, the mock-ups are not just artwork approval, they're staged like a fashion shoot! So great to see what the items would look like in the world before you've even finalised your order. Lauren was incredibly helpful via email, very responsive and efficient to deal with. “I am based in the UK and needed a small number of items for a conference in Australia. I found Promotion Products via google and really didn't know what to expect but I have been so impressed with the brilliant service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them. Huge thanks to Nipun De Silva who dealt with my order, he was fantastic to deal with and although my order was not large he treated it with a huge amount of personalised attention and care.
