“Fantastic service from Rachelle at Promotion Products from the get-go, especially given we were a first-time customer ordering from interstate in early January with a tight deadline for a range of items. Rachelle gave us terrific advice regarding our product choices, steering us towards items that looked great, but were within our budget. She was also very patient as we changed our artwork a few times along the way. We were delighted with the outcome and the products have been very well received, delivering the impact we were hoping to achieve.”

Best of all, we had excellent service from Nikki, who was very pleasant in all her communication. “From first enqury to after the order was delivered the customer service was execptional and helpful. I dealt with Rachelle and she was wonderful to deal with. Effecient, always available to answer my questions and making the ordering, designing and delivery a smooth and fast process.
