He's always prompt, helpful, and does his best to service clients well, from handling rushed deliveries to accommodating changes. He brings real expertise on what works best for the occasion. “I had to do an order for a coperate event. Lauren was super helpful from day zero. She was prompt on her response, she guided me every step along the way to choose products within our budget. We gave her our design for art work on the products, we had to swap and change a few times and on each correspondance with Lauren, she was very patient with me, I was able to reach her via both phone calls and emails without any delay. Lauren informed me when the products goes to production, and ETA for arrival which they arrived earlier then schedule. The products were packed nicely. Products received was exact look as the art work. Very happy customer with Promotion Products and with Lauren looking after our purchase”

“This was my first time using Promotion Products. I used them for one main reason; they offer a discount for NFP's & Charities. I sent an enquiry via their online form and was lucky enough to get 'matched' with Danielle Nicholson. Danielle's customer service was five out of five! My client wanted notebooks with pens, but were unsure which option to use. Danielle sent through sample images of multiple options, with their logo on them, which ensured they could envisage exactly what the final product would look like. In the end, they went with a blank option, but I can't thank Danielle enough for her incredible helpfulness and patient as they decided. They ordered, paid and the final products were on my door step within 3 days! I will definitley be using Promotion Products again - and Danielle will be my first point of call!
