I had to return two coats, unfortunately, but Proozy helped a lot in that endeavor. The return postage for one of the coats has an incorrect postage weight on it so USPS wouldn’t accept it without me paying out of pocket. There was some misunderstanding so it took a few days to get them to understand the issue but Laquetta immediately understood my dilemma and fixed the postage on the new label. The other products I bought for my husband and son fit very well and I’m very happy with my purchases. Can’t beat the prices, either!
