Return policy is unfair. They charge you $8.99 for shipping and if after 30 days a restocking fee of 15%. I ordered a jacket which the ad states it would be a warm winter jacket. It is more of a Spring jacket with fur on the outside. I am very disappointed. The jacket was suppose to be a Medium but their size does not fit to what a Medium size should be. It was too small for me. I weigh 130 lbs and I am a size 7. A medium should've fit me. I can't even zip it up.

I ordered my typical size in leggings (XXL which are advertised as US 18-20, which is what I wear). They are waaaaaay smaller than advertised. When I went to start a return, I found out that they charge $8.99 to return items!!!!!! I contacted Proozy on Saturday and didn't hear back until Thursday. They said that unless I want store credit, I have to pay $8.99 to return items that are incorrectly marked as far as the size. Unacceptable. I will never buy from Proozy again.

Ordered 3 pairs of Calvin Klein shorts, all size large and in different patterns. Received my order however one pair of shorts were size ch/small. I reached out to customer service who surprisingly answered my issue very quickly. The problem I have is the replacement (in my size) is being sent HOWEVER it is NOT the same pattern that I ordered. I do not like the pattern they are replacing it with. It has "Calvin Klein" plastered all over the shorts. Explained that I will never wear them. I do not buy or wear "free advertising clothing". Besides, these are ugly to me. They refused to replace with the one I ordered and did not give me the option to chose another replacement. Photo is of the replacement.

I had great experience with the customer service department regarding a discount issue. The representative resolved the issue fairly quickly with my satisfaction.

Initially, I did not receive my package because it was put in a neighbors mailbox. I emailed Proozy and they answered me right away .They asked me to give it a few days to see if anybody received my package by mistake. I emailed to let them know that that was exactly what happened. I now have my product, and I’m very satisfied with it and the company.

Stay far away. This scam site has a warning on their Better Business Bureau profile. They put recurring charges on your credit card and don’t deliver the goods.

I have been using Proozy for amazing savings for about a year and downloaded the app 3-4 months ago. The products, prices and SERVICE from Ashley have been awesome! Highly recommend!

I had issue with my credit card while trying to purchase some items on Prozzy. I emailed support and explain my situation the problem was fixed in minutes the person that helped me was very nice and very helpful

Amanda at Customer Service was very prompt and very patient with me (I am computer "illiterate" and she stayed on the line and told me how to proceed)! They were very fast to credit my account! I am very pleased with their Customer Service!

Took about 3 weeks to receive my order but through no fault of Proozy. The mail delivery service delayed it. Customer service was helpful, friendly. I'll stay as a customer! Can't beat the prices.

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy anything from Proozy. They have the worst customer service ever. I place an order since May but never receive my package as well as my refund back. Contacting with customer service through phone and email, but they give me attitudes. I am asked by dumbest question ever: how I know my package is delivered if I am not there. Seriously?!? I am not sure if they know what the email notification is. Then, they ask me to sign in the Affidavit and state that my case will be solved in two weeks. I send them the document that they required and even sent another email for the next day to confirm. I receive no email or phone from them since then. After 6 months, I finally reach them out as the suggestion from my bank to get the proof of cancellation for this transaction. Proozy once again brings me down by saying that they only receive a blank document, which makes no sense to me because I sent them an other following email after I send them the document. Hence, I request the screenshot as a proof of the blank document that they stated but they play the silent game again. If Proozy truly value their consumer and intend to solve customer concern, why don’t you inform me instead of remaining silent all these time. Do not do business with this kind of careless and irresponsible company if you want to face all these crazy things!!!

This is the first time I am ordering and Proozy team just cancelled it without a proper reason. I am never going to order with you and this would be my first and last order. It was not a good customer experience. Order #3680077-P

By mistake I ordered a wrong size of clothing. I had emailed them stating the concern. Immediately without any further questions they responded saying that they have updated the size and that's what will be delivered. First time I'm seeing a customer service with a prompt resolution other than complicating it. Customer service agent name is Corin. Special mention to her kudos guys.

I have not received my order yet as I placed it yesterday, but I emailed Proozy shortly after I placed the original order and changed the size. They were most accommodating and helpful.

I've bought a few items from Proozy, and I've had nothing but good experiences with receiving the items and with the items themselves. The one minor issue occurred when I was notified that my item was delivered, yet it wasn't at my home. I emailed Proozy Friday evening and received a response first thing the following Monday. The email suggested that I allow five business days for a delivery error to correct itself before asking them to take action. I received the item that day, and I found that Proozy had emailed me again to ask to confirm that I had received it. I know that I can buy from Proozy and that any problems will be quickly resolved. Proozy cares about its customers!

I used proozy for the first time yesterday upon advice from my daughter who was so happy with them and after ordering spider sweaters I forgot to do the code she gave me I called them the immediately added the code refunded the original price I paid and were very helpful making in todays world they REALLY DID HELP AND CARE amazing company
