Return policy is unfair. They charge you $8.99 for shipping and if after 30 days a restocking fee of 15%. I ordered a jacket which the ad states it would be a warm winter jacket. It is more of a Spring jacket with fur on the outside. I am very disappointed. The jacket was suppose to be a Medium but their size does not fit to what a Medium size should be. It was too small for me. I weigh 130 lbs and I am a size 7. A medium should've fit me. I can't even zip it up.

I ordered my typical size in leggings (XXL which are advertised as US 18-20, which is what I wear). They are waaaaaay smaller than advertised. When I went to start a return, I found out that they charge $8.99 to return items!!!!!! I contacted Proozy on Saturday and didn't hear back until Thursday. They said that unless I want store credit, I have to pay $8.99 to return items that are incorrectly marked as far as the size. Unacceptable. I will never buy from Proozy again.

Stay far away. This scam site has a warning on their Better Business Bureau profile. They put recurring charges on your credit card and don’t deliver the goods.

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy anything from Proozy. They have the worst customer service ever. I place an order since May but never receive my package as well as my refund back. Contacting with customer service through phone and email, but they give me attitudes. I am asked by dumbest question ever: how I know my package is delivered if I am not there. Seriously?!? I am not sure if they know what the email notification is. Then, they ask me to sign in the Affidavit and state that my case will be solved in two weeks. I send them the document that they required and even sent another email for the next day to confirm. I receive no email or phone from them since then. After 6 months, I finally reach them out as the suggestion from my bank to get the proof of cancellation for this transaction. Proozy once again brings me down by saying that they only receive a blank document, which makes no sense to me because I sent them an other following email after I send them the document. Hence, I request the screenshot as a proof of the blank document that they stated but they play the silent game again. If Proozy truly value their consumer and intend to solve customer concern, why don’t you inform me instead of remaining silent all these time. Do not do business with this kind of careless and irresponsible company if you want to face all these crazy things!!!

This is the first time I am ordering and Proozy team just cancelled it without a proper reason. I am never going to order with you and this would be my first and last order. It was not a good customer experience. Order #3680077-P

Bought 3 pairs of UA joggers. All of them are fake. They all shrunk after 1 wash and the black pair faded. I have UA joggers that are over 5 years old and have had none of these problems.

On two separate orders, the items (sweatpants) I purchased were apparently not available and replaced with other items I did not want. A total of 3 pairs of sweatpants were different than what I ordered (2 pairs were correct). Furthermore, all three pairs of the wrong items were not enclosed in plastic sealed wrappings as were the two correct items leading me to wonder if I was receiving brand new pants rather than returns from other purchasers. My attempt to return items using their website online form was useless as there was no way to complete the process. Beware, if you purchase from Proozy, you may get whatever they choose to send (and not what you ordered) and rectifying the problem is a challenge to say the least. I won't use Proozy in the future.

Customer service does not respond. And watch your sale prices. A hoodie will be 40 bucks. But there is a 50%sale. In 2 weeks that exact same hoodie is 100 bucks. But you are in luck. It’s 80% off. So it’s the same 20 bucks. And a few time you will think you clicked on an item. But what pops up is a very close item in the same brand but different. Once you understand that they lie you can get some good deals if you understand the sale price is the normal price

I ordered a golf jacket on Dec. 6th . I received an email saying I would be updated on its delivery on Dec. 8th. Sunday Dec 12th I emailed Proozy asking where my golf jacket was , I received an email back saying they were closed on Sundays and someone would get back to me . By Wed. the 15th when nobody contacted me I tried calling the customer service phone number and the automated system said that all their agents were busy and they would call me back. nobody called back . I tried calling the next day and got the same message , again nobody called me back.

Sent wrong size shirt that was 20 dollars plus shipping. They sent me a return label so I returned it and they sent me 13 dollars back. Emailed multiple times to correct with no help at all. Shorted me 16 dollars. Be real careful on returns.

Warning. Their return policy is short Their return policy is only 30 days . Bought a $60 spider jacket for my brother and I didn’t get to see him till a few weeks after and it is too small.. definitely not accurate size fit ,. They refused to return, exchange or give me credit .. think during a pandemic they should revisit their return policy to Be more customer service friendly. Will not use again And will warn friends.

Our usual policy is 30 days once the package has been received. Unfortunately, your order is outside of 60 days and we are not able to make an exception however we thank you for your comment and feedback. Company to avoid; customer service is nonexistent 9SEP21 (the one star would be a no star or less if that was possible) Rec'd a Steve Madden coat that once laundered (using appropriate instructions attached to garment btw) fell apart. Attempts to contact Proozy by contact form failed repeatedly. Phone number that is U.S. Central time had recording saying office closed, this at 1528 hrs., when hours given as closing at 1730 hrs. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away...methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat... Note: did receive email denying refund saying item had been washed (which is when it fell apart).

I purchased two underarmor sweatpants and they are clearly knock offs - very poor quality, itchy, this awful somewhat elastic. Their website says they have a hassle-free return policy. I do not consider me having to pay for shipping to return poor quality knock-offs to be hassel free. Do not buy from here as the customer service is not helpful and just copies and pastes canned responses, the products are also poor and knockoffs - very uncomfortable and itchy.

Ordered 4 adidas sweatshirts. Two 3T’s and two 4T’s . None of them would have fit a 18 month old . The opening for their head was half the size it should have been . They all had different length sleeves even the ones that were to be the same size . All had different lengths and super short at that . Send customer a email with the pictures and their reply was “ our team looked at the inventory and have not found anything issues that your having !!!!!! Apparently they sell brand name clothing that didn’t pass I inspection to be sold at legit stores .

Who charges for returns in this day and age? Oh, Proozy does. What a rip off. They have such great deals on clothes, but if they don't fit or you don't like them, you're pretty much forced to keep them because they charge more to return them than to ship them out.

I ordered 3 items 2 weeks or more ago and my PayPal was charged and now my account says i have no prior orders. I'm really upset. Customer service never answered the phone and i have not received my products.
