“I came across the website Proozy.com and found what seemed to be good deals on brand name merchandise. I found a deal for men's Under Armour Heatgear t-shirts, 5 for $55. I ordered 5 for my husband, one in each color offered. When they came to the house I took the tags off and put them right in the wash, which is what I do with all new clothing. My husband put one of the shirts on yesterday and said there's no way it's a real Under Armour shirt. When I took a closer look at all of the shirts I realized that he was right. They are so thin they are completely see through, they have no stretch to them at all, and I can see where all the logos and tags were ironed on and the outline around it. Some logos are already cracking after 1 wash and the tag on the inside does not resemble the traditional Under Armour tags at all. They are nowhere near the quality of real Under Armour merchandise. Upon realizing this, I researched reviews for the website more and found a few reviews from recently that stated the same thing about the merchandise not being authentic.
I emailed the company with my complaint asking for a refund and received an email back guaranteeing that their merchandise is 100% authentic and saying I could return any unworn, unwashed, new with tags merchandise (which of course mine is not). I responded to this reply in greater detail and received a reply back with WORD for WORD the exact same response I was given before.
STAY AWAY from this website. Their merchandise is not legitimate.”
“Received 5 under Armor heat gear T-Shirrs today. Opened first shirt, super thin almost see through material with loose threads on most seams. Compared to heatgear shirt I picked up at Marshall’s and there are no authenticity tags amongst the other tags UA includes on the inside of its shirts. Where UA silkscreens the size and type of shirt and fit, proxy shirt says UA made in Bangladesh in large letters. 1st photo is Marshall’s shirt,, second and third are the proozy showing how thin shirt is and silkscreen around neckline. I contacted UA and they verified these are counterfeit. Then Proozy is making me pay $7 to send this garbage back.”
“Bad customer service. I ordered 3 items, two pairs of sweatpants on one order and a long sleeve on another order. Two fedex tracking numbers. I got a pair of sweatpants and the long sleeve in one package but the other pair of sweatpants never arrived. I inquired with customer service but they insisted my package had been delivered even though I was waiting on one more package. Not very helpful or friendly. Still waiting on the sweatpants.”
“Never shipped product, stated they would send a refund. But only covered cost of items, they will refund for items but not shipping cost. Truly a new rip off. Wouldn't say why they kept shipping cost. Order #1551506-P”
“I ordered 5 shirts from Proozy and washed them like I always do before wearing them. On 3 of the 5 shirts the design started cracking after that first wash. I emailed and they basically told me I can't return it after I have washed it. So basically I'm saying don't order from Proozy because they will sell you defective products that you have to keep. This was my first order and it will be my last. DON'T order unless you like to pay for garbage.”
“PROOZY is horrible
there is no customer service whatsoever!
i order one T-shirt from them over a month ago and i haven’t received it or heard back from them after emailing and calling multiple times
don’t buy from proozy”
“It took a month to receive it (3 leggings) I ordered slightly larger size than normal and the holes to put my feet thru are so small that I can't wear them....I have an average foot.....don't buy from them!”
“I've ordered from proozy once before and the transaction was fine. This time around, it's been weeks and I haven't received anything from them. Called them multiple times, tried to message them on FB, etc and no response. I see they are still posting on social media, so they're not closed, and they have new items appearing on their site, too. And if you go on their site, you'll see a lot of recent reviews, many of them from people who are happy with their purchase. I don't know what happened or why I'm being ignored after multiple attempts to contact them. Maybe they accidentally sold me stuff they don't have? Or sold it to me for too cheap? I was really looking forward to my new shorts and shoes and am sad that they have such terrible customer service this time around.”
“Did not receive my order after several weeks. No one responded to multiple emails or phone messages. Poor customer service, poor shopping experience.”
“I placed an order and made a mistake on my credit card info. The order was kicked out a deemed fraudulent. I called and explained my mistake and they said sorry to late we are out of item. Ok I get it. Not too upset. Then I went to order another item months later. It was rejected as fraudulent. Very upsetting. I seemed to be banned. BTW I am business owner with a very good credit score.”
“I purchased 3 golf polos for 54.$ I returned them to proozy and they sent 11.01 to my bank account . Customer service is impossible to contact. I will go to bank to solve this problem.”
“Had a family member purchase from this site and had a Great experience! I made a Purchase on May 14th and it took almost 2 weeks for my shipment to get shipped, got it about 2.5 weeks later. Got all the under armor clothing and NO OAKLEY SUNGLASSES!!! I have called and left a voice mail and emailed and no response..... I get they are busy but this is ridiculous!!
VERY UPSET!!!”
“Clothing is undersized but their website gives you no inclination it is therefore when you order what is typically your size and realize it needs to be sent back because it does not fit returns are payed for by the customer.”
“They sell a bunch of junk, it’s obviously factory rejects and seconds. Fit is terrible, defects in sewing and construction. Don’t be fooled like I was. If you just want the brand logo and don’t care about the quality at all, then go ahead by all means. As some people said they all could be counterfeit the same Nike hoodie I bought from a Nike store is 10x the quality of the junk proozy sent me that’s supposed to be the same thing.”
“I ordered 4 under armor T-shirts . As soon as I open them I could tell they were Counterfeit. The SKU number on the tag did not match the merchandise . They were poor quality and the sizes were different than the ones I own . I was in touch with under armor and they verified that the shirt was indeed counterfeit. I called and emailed the company so far nothing I did dispute the charge on my credit card.”
“I buy a lot of Adidas apparel - from hoodies, sweats, Yeezy’s etc. I purchased a hoodie from them a month or so ago and something seemed a bit off. Screen print was good, but the material was a bit more course than usual, and the tag was nothing but a generic screen print on the inner neck. NONE of my adidas apparel has ever come like that. If anything, they’re usually filled with annoying tags that I later cut off myself. I just thought I had an Adidas version that would be sold at Marshall’s or TJ Maxx. But since I’ve found this site, I’m beginning to question the authenticity of what I purchased. I’ll just hold back from future purchases.”
