“Ordered 3 pairs of Calvin Klein shorts, all size large and in different patterns. Received my order however one pair of shorts were size ch/small. I reached out to customer service who surprisingly answered my issue very quickly. The problem I have is the replacement (in my size) is being sent HOWEVER it is NOT the same pattern that I ordered. I do not like the pattern they are replacing it with. It has "Calvin Klein" plastered all over the shorts. Explained that I will never wear them. I do not buy or wear "free advertising clothing". Besides, these are ugly to me. They refused to replace with the one I ordered and did not give me the option to chose another replacement. Photo is of the replacement.”
“Changed the quantity of my order. When I tried to contact them to modify or cancel the order (trying to save on shipping and it got expensive with the order change). When the order did arrive (the website says that it hasn't shipped yet) it was the wrong size. I sent in another inquiry and I still have not heard back from Proozy yet on either of my emails to their support. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully I can get the correct size from them.”
