I ordered my typical size in leggings (XXL which are advertised as US 18-20, which is what I wear). They are waaaaaay smaller than advertised. When I went to start a return, I found out that they charge $8.99 to return items!!!!!!
I contacted Proozy on Saturday and didn't hear back until Thursday. They said that unless I want store credit, I have to pay $8.99 to return items that are incorrectly marked as far as the size. Unacceptable. I will never buy from Proozy again.
