This is the first time I ordered from Proozy and it took some time to recieve my order, may be I balme it on the Covid. However I received a damage item. Contacted the customer support and they placed an order for my replacement, and that is what I call amazing/ FANTASTIC service. Now it gained my confidence and I am definitely going back to Proozy to make purchases in future without hesitating.
