I've bought a few items from Proozy, and I've had nothing but good experiences with receiving the items and with the items themselves. The one minor issue occurred when I was notified that my item was delivered, yet it wasn't at my home. I emailed Proozy Friday evening and received a response first thing the following Monday. The email suggested that I allow five business days for a delivery error to correct itself before asking them to take action. I received the item that day, and I found that Proozy had emailed me again to ask to confirm that I had received it. I know that I can buy from Proozy and that any problems will be quickly resolved. Proozy cares about its customers!
