The PCA delivered an outstanding training course. Both the content and delivery were clear, concise and well planned. The supporting material was comprehensive and easy to use.
Training during Covid was well managed and even lunch was still provided.
Overall fantastic, the loss of the point was only due to the venue being a little tired and at times noisy from a neighbouring business.
