I ordered 2 shutters from Prosec in June 2019 which I needed for August. I had initial communication via email then nothing. I chased and chased by email & phone (voicemail) and had 1 email in August apologising and promising to deliver them the next week. Nothing! I was forced to order new shutters from another company who delivered them in 2 weeks (they are now fitted and working). Finally got a response from Prosec in December, offered to refund the money for the non-delivered shutters. I provided bank details once in December, once in January, but here we are in February 2020 and still no refund. I don't know who these other reviewers are but i would say be careful. I'm owed £870!!
