My coach makes me feel seen and heard and un-judged in what I share. And it's clear that she genuinely wants to help me grow. I've never felt so comfortable from the start with someone in this capacity, especially virtually!! This process and my coach have both been great as it’s not always comfortable sharing all the struggles and thoughts that motherhood can unexpectedly carry sometimes. This company is exactly what I’ve been needing for the last 18 months of my pp journey and I’m thankful I found it as it’s actually given me tools and practices to carry in my day to day that truly have helped.
